I will be going to my first show with my horse in 2 weeks time. He is a chestnut ID X and for now we will just be doing in hand. I have sorted myself with a jacket, its a toad green tweed with a tan faux suede collar. I am however stuck on what colour shirt and tie I should be getting? Can anybody advise please?

When I was showing or doing workers with my chestnut I had a yellow shirt and red tie with my green tweed. I washed a white shirt with a couple of new yellow dusters, worked a treat!!

Tan or dark red tie with a white shirt washed with some old fashioned dusters… to take the ‘bright white’ edge off it

Eta fern beat me to it!

Thank you both! I have seen a couple of references to the duster trick! I've seen a maroon tie with white spots on, which I think I like but if the shirt is off white will it not look right with the small white spots? Or am I overthinking for a change? 😅 I shall see if I can find any tan ones too.
