My younger cob is super fit and spot on weight wise - except my grass is now running out and he isn't a big hay eater so with his workload he's going to drop quite quickly. Last year he had Allen & Page muscle & focus but he is not a fan of mashes so used to leave loads. He does love anything that is a pony nut or cube though.
Energy wise he's full of it and I can manage that up or down with oats and his Bailey's bonkers balancer (performance balancer - it makes him bounce) if he gets flat, so I'm really just looking for a cube that can keep some condition on until Spring grass comes through.
So many brands - I need mainstream so the feed store will have it, but advice for keeps weight on without adding too much stupid energy?
