Waffled a lot!
I've had problems with my dog bed's getting damp and smelling in winter, they're waterproof canvas oval beds that are in an old, cold house on concrete floors with no cellar.
I'm thinking of going down one of two routes this winter -
1. Back to the plastic tub beds with a waterproof canvas pad and a few fleece blankets.
2. Trying those raised beds, still with the canvas pads and fleeces.
I've used those tub beds before, the dogs seem to like lying in "rounded beds". The raised beds will not get damp underneath, I guess, but are they warm. Do any of you have them?
