Which first aid course?

OK, so I'm looking to return to the world of freelance instruction and need to get public liability insurance. Does anyone know which first aid course I need to do that will be recognised by insurance companies?

Does it have to be a BHS course, or first aid for the public, or first aid at work?

Any advice gratefully received!
