Which g rug would be most beneficial?

I'm torn between 3 rugs, they are all detachable necks (due to my preference and mane rubbing reasons!)

The choice is between a 200g, 220g and 250g. I only have a no full rain sheet at the moment. I can layer up in really cold weather with fleeces etc, don't know if he would be too hot during the autumn weathers when it is not really really cold?

He is a tb cross, not thoroughly wussy but gets cold if wet and a bit iffy keeping weight on him.

I'd go 250 then. Put a fleece under the summer rain sheet for the few weeks (now) when it's wet and warm...
