Which hat for me!

Well, i bought a J3 Skull for my other half for Christmas and its time to get my own rather than borrowing one from the yard.

I don't want to spend a fortune, anything under £50 please.

I have seen the Harry Hall Adult Elite Plus Riding Hat for £43.99 which looks quite good.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I like the Charles Owen one when i used to wear one. ut again a bit pricy. I guess you should just really go try one on - They really differ in shape and if you are gonna wear it for more than 5 mins, it needs to be a good fit.

I personally think these lightweight ones are very good - bit like the pikeur ones (I know those are expensive) but thats the style I would go for.

Pikeur ones are £200??? Bit out of my budget.... but if i was to stretch further the GR8 from CA looks quite nice! Saw one of those in the tack shop the other day.

I know the Pikeur ones are stupid prices but I just meant the style - you know like the lightweight style!! Rather than something heavier!!

I think you get what you pay for in hats and TBH I found the Harry Hall and Champion hats very flimsy to handle!

Lightweight ones are good! There is a champion one up the yard and it does not look that well put together!

Think I might save for the GR8 as it looks well put together and is fairly light weight, or the adventura which is a bit cheaper!

Tried a charles owen GR8 for size........... was a lovely hat, just need to find it at a good price!
