Which Horsebox?

I am looking for a horsebox but wanted some suggestions. I have about £3500 to spend and I need one that carries 2 16hh horses with a little bit of living-but not essential. I do not want a 3.5 tonne lorry, I want one that can definately carry 2 horses, so preferably over 5ish tonnes. Any recommendations?

Get a 7.5 Ton Bedford TK with a 6 cylinder diesel engine.

Don't they have heavy ramps? I'm afraid I'm a weak female with a dodgy back, so I need a fairly light ramp

The weight of the ramp is completly idependant to the make of lorry. Just ask the question on the phone. As long as you don't mind how old the lorry is you should get one for that price

I am in the renault dodge fan club. 5.6 tonne, mine takes two horses or three ponies. See post above, mine cost 3.5k, took a while to find.

we currently have a bedford TK, which has been a very reliable box, but needs an awful lot of work doing to it as it has been standing doing nothing for over 12 months now, and i now need a bigger lorry as my new horse wont fit in it!
