Which hosepipe

We are struggling with leaking hosepipea and connectors that we struggle to get on the end of the hose. We have bits of different hoselock ones. Our hose runs from the stables up to the top of the paddock with a couple of intentional breaks near water buckets. It has to stay out all year and has the occasional unshod horse walking over it. Looking to replace it all.

Friend uses heavy duty blue pipe to get water to her fields, they have metal connectors rather than plastic ones, don’t break or perish with the weather.

Why not have a 25mm pipe mole drilled in to the ground and that will sort it out once and for all.

this, you can have 20 or 25mm. Get a couple of T's and put a couple of pipes up to taps on a post to fill your water buckets. You can put a tap at the end of the pipe or a ball valve into a trough.
