which would be better for a horse who is sensitive and sore around the poll area? have exhausted vets and we know its not a tooth related problem.

Get a chartered physio out (ie one who has been human qualified first). Your vets should be able to recommend someone.

If you choose to go the chiropractic route try and get one with a cranio-sacral qualification over and above the initial degree.
