Which is the best bit hire / bank company

Hi, Im looking to try some different bits and thought id hire/try before buying.

Which are the best companies to use? - In terms of reimbursing when returning. Ive seen a few posts where people have waited ages to get money back, but the companies all seem to have similar names.

Rather than hiring, or using a bit bank, I always buy secondhand from Ebay or suchlike, then you can try it for as long as you like, not worry if it gets the odd mark on it, and then sell it on for a similar amount as you paid for it.
