I am looking for a bit of advice please guys.......recently started competing at Novice level Dressage, and am trying to get the right bit for my pony.

Have a Neue Schule Verbidend on hire, which, although has made a huge difference, still isn't 100% suited to her. My instructor highly recommends a KK bit, but which one?! The NS has helped with maintaining a more constant outline, but she can still set on one rein and for one reason or the other, the bit does move across her mouth - to the left (have spoken with NS directly and they suspect a schooling issue from either my mare or me, or both. Bit has been double checked & def is the right size...)
Pony isn't the easiest to fit a bit to anyway, as has a very broad head, with short wide mouth with big lips, so the Verbindend sits quite nicely. Has thick set neck, and uses this to prevent herself from having to really use her quarters when she wants to. Was previously in a Cyprium loose ring snaffle with lozenge, which she went well in but can hang and set neck/shoulders.
Want to achieve more lightness, which she can easily do when she chooses not to eat the bit or have a 'mare moment', but haven't a clue which way to go with the KK range - help please?!?!??!

Thanking you!
