which looks better?

So im wondering which one my gelding suits better, one is a stubben bridle other is sabre with the thicker nose band. opinions please

Much prefer the first - those tags where a flash was really annoy me as clearly a flash noseband being used as a caverson!

sorry you really should have taken them from the same angle to get a true picture. I to dislike the flash bit. However the 2nd makes him look more like a horse than a cob, from what I can see. might be just the different angle tho. So it depends on what you want it for

i was just wondering in general, we do rc and xc mainly. u think the sabre is better for dressage? there was a flash on him but it snapped in half bout 2 mins previous to the photo!

And since when did a noseband become a fashion accessory? The thicker nose band was mostly designed for the hunting field and to support a standing martingale safely - the thinner nose band attached properly - i.e. tightly would help control.
Asthetically I prefer the thinner noseband on the pony pictured.

The first, I think the width suits his head better, I prefer plain English bridles.
