Which oil stops mildrew on tack???

I remember someone on here mentioning an oil (Neem?? Tea Tree???) that could be added to saddle soap to stop mildrew growing on stored tack. Anyone remember what oil it was? Thanks.

Cant help with the oil but did come across equilear yesterday when looking for a rug reproofer http://www.equilear.co.uk/ have a look, found the equisilver quite interesting, but you would want the leather protect. Just can't find them stocked anywhere.
