I hate Mastas with a passion. I've never seen a Masta looking like it fits the horse it's on. Those QuiltMastas are awful as they have a horrible outer that almost drinks up all the wet and poo, mine was like a sponge. I sold it pronto!
Weatherbeetas on the other hand are fabulous. I have the whole range of their stable rugs - 100, 200, 300 and 360g! The outer repels muck, they're strong and stand up to my mare rubbing her backside on anything that is available, and aren't exactly expensive!
Definately go with the Weatherbeeta. All I need now to complete my collection is a full neck lightweight and a full neck heavyweight. I just wish I had a stabled horse to put them on! *rolls eyes* must not buy more rugs, must not buy more rugs...

I am a big fan of weatherbeetas. I find they are roomt around the chest, have shoulder darts and very rarely rub.
