I CAN ONLY HAVE THREE.

Here the advert; ‘HAWKHILL FIRELIGHT’ Registered New Forest Pony by Bransgore Sovereign II (By Maytree Sultan out of Bransgore Melody) out of Hawkhill Bunny (By Bramble Hill Beechwood out of Hawkhill Honey). Rising three years old (Born May 2005). Currently 13.2HH. ‘Tollar’ has been lunged (double and single rein) and long reined both in indoor and outdoor arenas, fields, bridle paths, roads and even the A27 under pass with harness and tack. Tollar is a genuine, honest, gentle person who adores attention and human company although shy. Tollar will make a brilliant family/ pony club pony or smart driving pony. I planned to show him inhand this season and break him in the summer however I am having a break from horses to do A-Levels. Load/Travel/Catch/Tie up/ Groom/ Farrier etc. Home more important then price.

Tollar went to a trainer for two months who played with him. She sent me this photo for his advert. He's rising three. I think the side reins are too long causing him behind the bit and he looks tence IMO... but it's the only decent one I have of him being lunged. Would it put you off a horse?

Thank- You X

I definatley wouldnt use the first one, agree the second and last pics are the only ones that you could use.
The first one would more than likely put me off going to see a horse, hes behind the bit and hollow, and he really doesnt look happy about it.

ETA - He looks lovely in the second pic! Forgot to say!

Just wanted make sure I was right in not wanting to use that photo. Just been sent this photo though, what do you think for it being the third? Although I know nothing about driving so not selling him as a driving pony though I'm sure he'd be great driving pony.

I presume he's a gelding? the advert doesn't say.

The second photo could be used in the advert although it isn't as sharp as it could be. The last but one is nice & sharp but it's a family photo, not one for selling. The other photos are all either blurred, too far away or has a rug on & shows nothing of the pony. The best thing would be to take specific photos for the advert rather that use family snaps. Good Luck

If it was me, Id forget using 3 piccys and just use the 2nd one, its lovely, the rest Im afraid I wouldnt bother with. Its better to have one good one than more not too good ones. The others are nice but not really for an advert. I wouldnt bother with the harness one as at rising 3 it may appear youve done too much with him.
Id just stick to piccy number 2.
Good luck he looks a lovely pony.

Only the second one. The one with the harness is nice but without the trap and going forward would not sell him to me. Any horse can have harness put on and stand in the yard...Well...almost any horse!!!

He looks a nice sturdy NF. Shame he is not a tiny bit bigger as I dont reckon he will make 14.2hh which is the best size. I think he may unfortunately be an inbetweeny which can limit a pony's value as a youngster. I think you should try to get better photos.

i wouldnt use any. get some one to help you, get a pic of him standing square from the side and a pic trotting from the side. last one either a head shot or a side again with tack on

The only one I would consider using would be the second one and even then it doesn't show off his leg conformation very well. Could you possibly take some other photos?
