Which PIOs will overstamp a dutch passport?

I am sure that I have read on here before that I don't need to send the passport for an imported horse back abroad and instead, I can get it overstamped by one of the UK passport places? Can anyone tell me who does this?

I believe that the British warmblood society will do this.

Also, the BSJA will do the same.
