Which Sand School Contractor? Your advise please

I am trying to choose who to have build my Sandschool but am not sure which. My choice is between Charles Brittan and Witham Vale Areanas. However there is quote a price difference between the two, in fact the price of a new horse! Both are quoting for the same thing and appear to be using the same materials although Charles calls the Sub base Carboniferious (I am sure spelt wrong by me!) and the other Type 1 washed stone.

Both offer references but I am sure they will be happy ones. Do you have any feed back good or bad on either of these please.

Yes, whereabouts are you? I can recommend a good contractor.

Just had mine done and, after the sand settled, it is riding perfectly. Really, really pleased with mine.
