i know this is similar to another recent post- but i have also just ordered a wow saddle, and need a short girth.

I have got both dressage and jumping flaps, and would like a girth i can use for both, but i need to put a sheepskin (or something soft) liner on it; which means the ones wow sell are no good, as i can't find a sleeve to fit it (the girth is too curvey). I also want to be able to use a martingale with it, so a 'ring' of some description would be good.

The only one i have seen, which i like is a frank baines dressage girth with a velcro on liner, and i can buy an extra sheepskin (the liner can't be tumble dried so i will need a spare). The only problem with this is that i don't think you can use the girth without the liner, because of the velcro; and it works out very expensive!

Does anyone have a suggestion or recomendation?

Yep I have just got a professional choice short girth for my wow.

I love these girths and have never had any galling / skin problems with them.

I did also get some cheap neoprene ones from Lidl, but these are elasticated on one side, I like a girth to be either elastic both sides or not at all as fail to see how one side can be symmetrical.

My wow saddler fitter recommended the wintec girths too
