Which size traiker

Hi,
I am looking to buy a second hand trailer for a small 11.2 hh pony. I don’t want a single as we may get another small pony in the future so need the double. My question is! Which size Ifor Williams should I be looking for as I can’t seem to find any model comparisons for the older ones?

I have donkeys and still purchsed the largest size trailer I could. I got a Cheval Liberte so do not know IW sizes.

The 506 is the standard size Ifor Williams, I think. You could put 3 teeny ponies in that with custom dividers. I don't know if they still make a mare and foal box which was smaller width, standard height.

The ifor 505 is the older version and the 506 is the newer version and will fit them easily, they take a 16.1 easy enough, I wouldnt put two 16.1s in one but there will be tons of room. If you wanted a trailer that will happily take two 17.2 horses look at the ifor 510 or newer 511
