I'm looking for a companion for my weanling and have come across a couple of youngsters but I need to bare in mind that I may once both youngsters are older and broken need to sell the companion.

Which of these two is likely to be easier to sell?
Welsh Sec C to mature 13.2hh or a cobxarab to mature 14hh?

Or should I look for something to mature 15.2? I'm really not sure where the better market is (I realise the market now is crap everywhere but this will be in another 2/3 years!!)

tricky one altho i would choose welshie!
13.2hh is a difficult heigt to sell unless they are very safe or very good at some thing!
14.2hh is easier all day long however its a well known fact that arabs altho they were in fashion once apon a time and i love a good one! they just dont sell these days, not easily anyway or for good money it seems, unlike welshies!!!!

Neither of them lol.

I think there is a shortage of 14.2-15.2hh safe RC horses - I know of several adults looking for this type. I have compromised and bought a 14.1hh recently.

If I had to choose, I would go for the one to make 14hh.

I would pick the one with the nicest temperament and aptitude. Assuming you are going for an average type pony rather than a showing star a nice well mannered pony will always be easier to sell than a less genuine one regardless of type or size
