Can anyone recommend a good dressage whip?

Im very short and only ride 15-15.2 so don’t need a very long whip, I like it slightly flexible with no rubber handle (not fussy am I

Bonus points for a blingy handle!

Also on the lookout for a jumping bat, not so fussy as I don’t jump loads!

I like the km elite cush grip schooling whip, nicely balanced for me, easy to hold with crocky fingers, has survived nearly daily use for at least 3 years with ponies, right amount of 'swish' and even comes in pink with glitter ?
What suits one person may not suit someone else though...,....

Despite being a big tack shop they only sell the LM ones which I don’t like because of the rubber grippy handle

When I had 14/14.2hh ponies I used to buy kids schooling whips. Full size ones were far too big!
