I never trim whiskers. The horse uses them for grazing and sensing so i think it is horrible to chop them off.

Chopping them off is pure vanity and i disagree with putting vanity before the horses needs

Looks so funny. (the only tash i do like though!)
 
Agree with the majority here, I would never remove them they have a very good reason for being present and are very important to the horse.
 
I only take off the ones slightly higher up, that are most likely to get caught under the noseband (if using a flash/drop/grackle) though that's like... 3 whiskers :P Leave the rest on. It's not like they look bad or anything so I don't see why you'd take them off? O.o
