white lightning soak

I used this last night to treat quite bad thrush ony my gelding. I soaked for 45 mns. Do I need to do another soak or will I continue using the sole paint I was using before? I do also have hypocare and bactokill I could use.

When I looked into white lightening (can't soak as pony throws fits) it was supposed to be done a couple of times a week I thought with nothing else applied in between as it could react adversely.
