My mare seems to be getting some seperation at the white line - is there something I can do to help with this?
Diet wise she's turned out 24/7 but on a pretty bare paddock.
She gets a scoop of Top Spec Lite Chaff (no mollasses etc, just chopped straw, grass and alfalfa) and 2 cups of Top Spec Stud Balancer. She's currently feeding an 11 week old foal. Balancer wise the recommended amount is something like 4-5 cups but she was starting to put weight on so I scaled it back.
She's comforatabel and completely sound but I want her to stay that way!
Any suggestions or is this not something I need to worry about?
Other than this her feet are in decent nick although there's a bit of flare on her fronts
