White spots on sheath. HELP!!

So my gelding had recently gotten small lumpy white spots on his sheath area I haven't noticed any on his actual penis (if I knew how to post a photo I would) but has anyone got any clues about what it is or how to treat?

My boy has (had?!) one or two of these, and in 10 years they've stayed exactly the same. He's grey and I had a sarcoid removed by his ear aged 5 so I was expecting something to progress with them, but nothing has.

My thoughts are if they're small and not bothering them, then don't do anything

Don't mess with willy/sheath trouble! I'd get the vet out sooner rather than later to be safe.

My lad has has a white "mole" on his sheath for a number of years now, we just keep an eye to make sure it doesn't change.
