A bit of tinsel in the mane is rather 'traditional' at our hunt - but I let one of the girls loose on husband's horse today and he looks rather like a Christmas Tree! I MAY be divorced when OH sees him (which will be JUST before we load him and no time to remove it!!)

So if anyone is out tomorrow on the Shropshire/Welsh borders and sees a Master whose face matches his coat, on a big bay horse who looks like he IS a Christmas Tree - say Hi to my OH!

Nope. We have two going out. One would be terrified of it and the other would kill us if we tried!
I suspect the kids will have enough tinsel on for all of us.

I usually do a Christmas hack all tinselled up, then go to the Boxing Day meet absolutly immaculate. Having a grey makes that interesting :p

We keep the tinsel for Christmas Eve - even the footies get into the spirit of things - I tinsel up my cross bar, the falconer decorates the eagle box and the neds get antlers, tinsel, bells and santa hats! Some don't like to see it done, but I like it, shows we have a sense of humour.
