hi am new here and am really looking for some advice please...
bought a little miniature horse filly about two months ago to keep as a companion she was sold to me as a yearling and her papers support this, however I had the vet come up to do her vaccinations and when he checked her teeth he said she was more like under 6 months old!!! I phoned the breeder i got her from and she insists thats she over a year old. She doesn't look lie a foal physically and the vet found it very odd as knows the breeder is reputable.
The breeder said that miniatures teeth are different to normal sized horses and grow slower, is this true??
Any advice would be great thanks
