Just a fun thread it was really icy here this morning and l got out to open the gate at the yard and l hit the floor like a ton of bricks . Thankfully got myself up before yard owner came lol. Going for a bath now cause l pot my arm down to save myself and l think l jarred it and a sore Butt .

Ouch, a bath sounds good. I almost went as I wheeled out water and hay, every where was an ice rink, it was crazy

I suffered from a direct head on collision with on overweighted wheelbarrow as we both went round the corner. I started off pushing it but ended up underneath it during a bambi on ice moment

I didn't at the yard! But in Asda, I slipped right on my bum on some spillage of washing up liquid! Typical..

Me-several times!Once while leading my horse to the field-he was steady as a rock-i was definitely having a bambi moment! Fell flat on my bum and he looked at me like i was a total moron!

The snow that was falling yesterday afternoon turned to rain early evening.
I went out to put a sack of rubbish out and nearly went A over T because there was sheet ice on the concrete!
Luckily that had all gone this morning but the fields were lethal. Half an inch of thaw and solid underneath.

How my backside manages to hurt so much with all the padding it has I just don't know... Feeling very battered and bruised today...

For anyone watching, it was highly amusing... Mr Dragon really struggled to keep a straight face when hauling my less than amused person from the ground...

Nope been safe, walked the dog for 5 miles at dovedale in the peaks and thankfully we did well..

The yard was so full of snow it was alright under foot, tomorrow it will be a skating ring!
