Who is rugging and in what?

My blanket clipped Welshy X has a 100g on at night when in and nothing if in during the day, if out during the day in the cold winds he has a 180g rug on :)

My TBxWB is unclipped, she has a 100g on during the day if its cold then a 200g on at night, shes not turned out as in with tendon issues. If is a warm day she has nothing on during the day then the 100g or 200g on at night depending on the temperature :)

Still in sweet itch rug too, Took it off when it poured it down she rubbed out half her mane so its back on again.

Others are not rugged, cob prob wont be rugged until the depths of winter, Samba will be rugged when she looks cold she woasnt rugged until just before the snow last year.

Hot weather ... what hot weather :p Weve had rain, rain and more rain ... oh and some wind and more rain!! My ISH's been rugged all summer tbh, shes now clipped so is in a Combo heavyweight (360g) stable at night, fleece and wool rug during the day and 400g turnout when out. I find our yard windier than any other yard iv been at due to it all being flat.

wow thats alot! What does she wear when it get reaaaally cold/snowy?

My two are still out and as yet unclipped. They were in nothing during the day last week with only lightweights on at night. This week and the complete turnaround in weather and they are in 100g turnouts pretty much 24 hours. Both ISH's, one 14yo the other 21yo.

I've got one fully clipped and he has been naked til a few days ago as it was so warm. My other one has also been naked but not clipped, both are now in lw turnouts and a lw stable rug at night, unclipped horse just wears a fleece.

Paddy's been naked pretty much 24/7 but has an amigo 600 lite if it looks like rain , although today/tonight has been heavy rain so he's got the bucas power turnout lite on ( no idea what weight) he'll be back in the amigo lite again tomorrow if it's not raining.Just testing out a small repair in the 1200 lite , he's made a tiny rip in the outer layer so i've melted some candle wax over it to see if it'll seal up - new years resolution must be - BUY BETTER QUALITY RUGS! Weather here still muggy as you like...

Up until today just a lw on the wb and a naked hairy, as of now wb in a mw as shes started to drop a bit of weight and hairy will prob stay naked until it drops into minus temps. Just looked at our forcast and its to be no warmer than 10 degrees but with wind speeds of up to 35mph!! so brrrrr cold :( winter has arrived here

My Arab was in a Lightweight turnout, but now is in a middle weight when turned out during the day and just a fleece at night.
My TBX is in a lightweight turnout and just a lightweight stable rug.

However when we had that lovely weather last week, they were out naked!

Was planning on leaving out as long as possible but theyre happy coming in now, my youngster started coming in a couple of weeks ago to get youst to coming in and having a routine.
