Who uses Bedmax?

I stopped using it for a while and went on to Unibed which is chopped straw. It's a good bedding but I ran out and could only get hold of some Bedmax. When I layed the bed I remembered just how bloody good it is! I do not work for them either, it's just a good quality shaving that's big and absorbent. I was so bored I made this...

I use it. You don't get the huge wet patches you get with normal shavings. It is a very good bedding.

I used it a few years ago, amazing stuff. I absolutely loved it.

Unfortunately I just can't get it here unless I buy a pallet

I use it - I got a huge load cheap last year through a supplier so am still on the cheapy lot!! Round here there are some called High Park - Mansfield I think, and they are pretty much the same, nice big shavings that make a good bed. Much cheaper as well!

I used it and I actually really didn't like it! Found it much harder to muck out and bed always looked dirty because I never really managed to clean it properly. I didn't last long on it!

me too I couldnt deal with bedmax much, horse was clean as anything but just didnt work for me...pain in bum mucking it out.

Tried Bedmax and a very similar large flake shaving. My supplier told me they were not very absorbant and he was right! Now switched to Miscanthus.

I found it wasnt very absorbant and the bed always looked dirty. I cant stand dirty looking beds - Didnt like it at all!

i used it once never again,really hard to muck out.always looked dirty,not very absorbant!steer clear!
