It's a competition HSBC are running for 1st year students. Ten winners will win £10,000 to help them run community projects/volunteering etc whilst doing their studies at university.
The £10,000 would allow me to continue volunteering at the RDA alongside my university studies and allow me to continue gaining experience and qualifications in teaching riding to disabled children, as well as allowing me to get involved in the university riding club. I'd also love to work with other groups of disadvantaged children such as inner city kids and the £10,000 would allow be to get involved in similar projects and set up my own after university.
Horses have always been a major part of my life and I really believe they can make a huge difference to childrens lives, whether they be disabled or suffer from poverty, I hope you'll agree and if you could spare 2 minutes to vote for my video I, and I'm sure all the children and ponies I work with, will be so so so grateful
It would also be great if you could share it with all your horsey (and non-horsey!) friends and fb groups to try and get as many votes as possible.
