As above really. I feel horrendous tonight and as a result Beastie isn't being walked as my dad isn't here tonight and no-one else walks her. My OH is out tonight as either he or dad takes her out if I'm ill.

I feel terrible that she isn't getting out as she's normally out everynight but I can't bring myself to get out of bed

So she has a pigs ear to make her feel better! (her fav treat which she doesn't get v.often)

Unfortunately I have to do it has she won't "go" for anyone else.
H takes her out & she happily walks with him them when he stands for her to go she sit's down at his heel!!
Whoops! but shows training is working.
But if I'm ill or migraine then she is only popped out to go & not her usuall free run for ages.

Hope you feel better soon. Takes lead of Gina to let her go back to bed!

If no one else was around and I wasn't needed to be by a loo every 20 seconds I think I'd make myself take Star - just because she would be such a pain in the arse if I didn't!!

I was really ill with food poisoning the other weekend, when I was recovering OH thought it would be good for me to get some fresh air and go with him for a walk - NOT A GOOD IDEA!!!

If you feel crap I'm sure she'll survive! She can't feel as bad as you after all!

I don't walk my dogs. However if I feel unwell I still have to go out and do the horses and the minute I step out the door, the dogs are there.

We had to my husband and myself as only my babybrother who lives 200 miles away understood the quirks and strength our boy possessed. In all his life we were only ill together once (my hubbie and I) and we did our best with short walks and a run on the airfield when no flying was on. It was incredibly difficult as we were both incredibly ill. Our friends rallied around but we declined their lovely offers as not one of them had the strength as most weighed less than him. He was also very 'into us' and would plant his feet for people that he had little confidence in.
