Oh exciting, Congratulations! All grazing? Flat? I'm so nosey, sorry.
I'm sure you have spent months planning everything out to the inch, once you set foot on it though, if you are anything like me you'll wander about and every now and then think "Wow! This is mine, MINE! I can do what I like, when I like..."
