Who was it who was spraying a horsebox themselves with tractor paint?

as title really!

I recall someone was spraying a box, themselves using tractor paint?

would love to know how it turned out as i am considering trying the same?

I did, it worked brilliantly. We used our air compressor and the finish is very professional. We have now got to add Decals etc but it has added a few hundred to its price and cost us about £100 in paint. Key thing is to make sure you treat all rust, rough up the existing surface and sort that then mask perfectly before you paint. Also check that the compressor is good quality and practice first so you know what sort of movement to use. A light coat first - leave for a few minutes then add another coat - don;t try to paint too thick in one coat.

We did although not tractor paint it's all the same stuff, cab is done, just got box to do - have air comperssor at home so just have to wait for an extremely still day now without any rain or midges
