Who was looking for grazing/new yard in Somerset?

I'm sure someone was recently but can't see the post (wanting to move to a new yard is a popular topic!).
Anyhow spotted this advert on Preloved , sounds a good deal : 7 big stables and 15 acres near Taunton in return for looking afer 2 ponies.
Hope that's useful for someone.
