Took a friend out riding today, just for a walk round the back fields, she's a novice so stuck her up on G with a d-ring strap to hold on to but were only at a walk and she was very comfortable walking and halting and all was good. NEVER had any probs with him before and the piggy pony was behaving beautifully so all is good. For no apparent reason G decides to just take himself off home...at what steadily becomes a rapid pace!

Friend sits it very well for about 20 seconds before bailing and she's now got a bit of a sore bum from her crash landing - I feel like an awful friend (although she's fine about it, and fine in herself just gonna be sporting a bruised backside!) but god, what a time to disgrace yourself horse!! It was pure bad behaviour and I am so cross with him!lol just needed to vent - I do know it obviously could have been a lot worse but still...!

No shes keen for another go - but I've said she will be on a lunge line in the school next time!! Annoying as he's never even hinted he might clear off like that before, what an arse!
