Cancara and Milton (I was at Olympia (?) when he retired and John rode him round the area under the spotlight to the music simply the best. I nearly roared!!

Fiction wise its got to be Arizona Pie.

Yep!! My claim to fame was at Abergavenny show when I was 8 years old and I saw Cancara being led back to his lorry, all I did was gawp till I managed to drag my parents to see him. They had put him back in the lorry but were letting people stroke him and I went and gave him a pat and they guy said to me
"its a good job your small"
and sat me on his back in the lorry
