Hey there, was wondering if anyone could give me some advice please :)

My pony is a 14.2 irish sport pony, he is a perfect WH but is very hyper and quite strong once comes to jumping. I have done a few local shows but would like to register him properly, he is schooled in a loose ring snaffle but when it comes to a show ring and jumping he is quite strong, hes not unstoppable but is hard to relax as constantly needto hold. He does cross country in an american gag and is quite happy with this but know that this would not be allowed in a WH class.
Does anyone recommend a bit that may look like a snaffle or along the lines but is a bit stronger? have been on bit bank website but i am not paying anymore than the very most £40.

P.s he does like something that he can play with as hasnt got a very good concentration span :p

Any advice would be fab :) thankyou x

You can show him in WHP classes in any suitable bit.
It would be more correct for him to go in a snaffle or double/pelham ,however many ponies are in dutch gags or wilkies now.
Find something he jumps well in and also go well for the flat show.
