Quote{Fox hunting is only a good thing. Foxes destroy chicken hutches, and eat the chickens. The foxes, unless the population is controlled, will destroy more hutches and will enter the cities, and you will wake up in the morning, and find that your rubbish bin is turned on its side, and the rubbish is all over the place. Fox-hunting is a way to control the population, and what is next? If people cannot fox hunt, next people will not be able to fish, or practice sports like that. Ban the Ban!}
I just saw this on the BBC news website, does it help you understand why most normal people think your all just a bunch of idiots. It beggars belief.
Your arguements are to dumb to beleive.
Anyway this would of been read by thousands so I guess its a good bit of PR for the Antis.

I'm slightly puzzled why people like lastrebel come on this forum - you'd think the forum name 'Horse and Hound' would be a bit of a clue where most people's allegiance lies.

There is no point in responding to lastrebel, I've read a bunch of this person's post without commenting but just at this moment I have nothing better to do so...

Lastrebel I respect you right to your own opinion and wish you a long and happy life, on the principle that you should extend me the same courtesy and allow me to voice my opinion I think you are a Muppet and you talk a lot of tosh.

Since your numerous efforts on here do not appear to have altered anyone's stance on Hunting, I can only assume (perhaps with out justification) that you have the intelligence to understand further posts are fruitless and you are about as much use as a chocolate teapot. Following this assumption to it's natural conclusion you are therefore either; mentally unstable and suffering from some sort of Messiah complex where you feel the desperate need to convert us all, or you just enjoy an argument. In each case it is pointless entering into discussion with you.

Good Luck and Good Bye

Well, I didn't think it was that bad. My apologies to those of you offened by my use of the English language.
I used the "Why are you so dumb?" heading because that was the first thing that came to mind when I read it.
Why are you, the hunting community so stupid?.
The rest of it on reflection is no worse than most of the posts on here, its only a forum afterall not a job application.

sorry, i don't understand your post at all...

your grammar is, um, unusual...

Why bother replying if all you want to do is have a go at someones grammer? Probably 90% of posts on this forum have crap grammer, big deal!

What do you class as normal these days for a start? Do you think that coming onto a forum that openly supports hunting and saying what you are saying is going to make people see the argument from your point of view?
Surely the best thing you could do is put your argument across intelligently and with well thought out points so that we can all try and understand where you are coming from. Just coming on here and attacking us all as a group and labelling us as dumb is in itself, dumb!
Don't fight us in here; use it for something constructive if you feel the need to use it at all. Everyone is interested in different points of view whether we agree with them or not, it is what makes us grow as human beings and improve our understanding of the way the world works.
You never know, we might even start to empathise with you. I am not saying we will support your views but at least we will start to understand the anti's take on the situation.
My experience of anti's is terrible; I have seen them inflict blatant cruelty on the animals that are just doing their job. I have seen them use unnecessary violence on many an occasion and cause physical harm. How is this justifying your argument of animal cruelty and how does that make you any different than how you view us?
Don't come back and attack this post; I want you to think very carefully and post an educated and thought out response so that we can try and understand why supposed animal rights protestors can inflict cruelty on innocent animals in return for a single, and most likely, unharmed fox?? And help us understand how you see your animal cruelty as any different from something that has been a part of history and that you class as cruelty? Has James Barrington (former director of LACS) not recently joined the countryside alliance?... what does that say for your cause?
Help us see you differently, explain the points I have raised in a none agressive and educated way and then you may be taken a little more seriously.

Pssst.
It's 'grammar'.
Poor spelling and grammatical skills make you look uneducated, and therefore detract from the value others place upon your opinions.
Unless they, of course, are equally uneducated.
Hope that helps!

You can have the best spelling in the world darling, and still right a load of rubbish. This forum is not school or a spelling test its somewhere for people to put across their opinons, and the saying 'clutching at straws' cross my mind. It also makes you sound like a t??t.

my original post (in which i commented on the bad grammar) was genuinely one of confusion. obviously this forum is not a spelling test... i was merely commenting as i didn't understand the original post.

spelling test or not, it was so badly written that i couldn't work out if it was posted by someone who was pro or anti hunting! i thought that was pretty ridiculous considering they had the cheek to call their post 'why are you so dumb?'... :smirk:
