Bury blasted pig's trotters IN MY bed, not theirs, of which there are many round the house for them, oh no, it has to be my bed and I never see them (her-I KNOW which one it is) do either. I went up to my room and sat on the bed on a half eaten raw pig's trotter, lovely!I have a sliding door which they can push open to get in.Think I will have to put a bolt on it to lock it shut!
Or take up sleeping in their bed instead as it's free of bones, they are all in mine!
Oz :)

My sympathies:Dmy daughter came down stairs yesterday with a pigs ear that our pup had buried in her bed:D not my bed her bed and I told her thats what you get when you allow your dog on your bed.

Thinking about it from a dogs perspective its quite a good hiding place where no other dog is likely to look unless they stumble on it whilst hiding theirs.:D

*sniggers*

It is because basically they are mingers:D:D:D

I have to say mine have never hidden bones in my bed but if they are going to throw up they generally manage to do it in my bedroom doorway................

Yes, mine do that too and if it's during the night guess who steps in it with bare feet on his way to the loo for a wee at 2am!
Oz :)

Oh Yuk! :o

Mine don't bring their bones up but its bloody guaranteed that if I leave my bedroom door open and only when I have just put on the lovely, sparkling white sheets that the collie decides to race up there and leap on my bed when she is covered in mud - every time!

But of course she doesn't just jump up and lie in one place, oh no - she has to try out each pillow and every square inch of the duvet!

lol, little devils, don't you just love them!
I go to bed on my own,no dogs in sight but wake up in the morning in some most amazing positions that at my age I shouldn't be able to do due to 2 or 3 dogs scattered about on my single bed leaving me with no room or duvet.

LOL Oz - I too sleep on my own and this is going to sound so disgusting (can I even type it on a public forum?) but I have become expert at shaking off the duvet and turning over the pillows :o

Although the dogs are put out in their kennels over night ;)

Our Patterdale terrier is very good at hiding bones under the pillows of beds. Unfortunately she did the same with a half eaten rabbit once!

I would rather have a pig's trotter than a long past it die by date, roe deer head!

My lurcher was a real thief and prior to me getting a child lock on the fridge he would open it and steal everything.
I can tell you that getting into bed, tired and very lat after foaling a mare, if your feet hit what was a bag of shredded lettuce, was now a spread out bag of shredded lettuce, you jump out of bed faster than you fell into it!
