coming back from an errund going up through my village ( not speeding ) , having a migraine didn't help but was driving sensibly when i suddenly came aware of a rider coming down the rd towards me last minute , it was a Grey day here she was on a bend bot sharp one gradual , put my brakes down hard , not even a thankyou ,
No Hi Viz If she had Hi Viz on I would have me snapped out of my automatic mode and I would have slowed sooner, why do people insist on not giving that all important minutes that could save injury to them or horse.
Wearing Hi viz makes drivers who are in the automatic zone ( where they drive but don't remember it ).
To many thinks it looks geeky or poncy or plain silly, cant be bothered.
