get thrown off the forum? just being nosy! I have noticed that a few strong characters that were always on the forum have been deleted. Did they perhaps go a bit to far on the forum? Its a shame because some were really entertaining!

Some leave of their own accord by just never logging on again but those with greyed out names are banned, its for serious forum offences or too many minor offences I think. There are terms and conditions somewhere on here, if you break them repeatedly you'll be banned.

Some times it's for silly things like setting up a second account - sometimes for innocent reasons, sometimes less so, but either way it's against the T&Cs...

Sometimes people set up second accounts to troll. Sometimes they want to post anonymously (usually HHO seem fairly tolerant of this). Sometimes they want a "fresh start" and people to stop bringing up their history. All manner of reasons really!

HA! I think that DD left for her own sanity. And then had a few brief re-installments and a few showdowns with Admin. There's never a shortage of entertainment when DD is around She does post on the fb groups though - her mare and foal are doing great (I'm sure she won't mind me saying so!).

Because HHO Admin are nasty! They hand out warnings all the time over the stupidest things. I got a warning a few weeks ago for asking what people thought about a photography thing (in the non horse forum) even though I never mentioned my name, the company or anything but apparently its still advertising... right. The fact I've just mentioned photography probably means I'll get another warning. I dont think its very hard to get chucked off here!
