Went to look for a horse for sale this morning. Described as ideal 1st horse and 100% in every way.
When we got there we found it out it was a younger than advertised but he looked Sweet so watched the man ride him. Seemed fine so I went to get on. Didn't even get sat in the saddle and it was off broncing around the school and I went flying head first into the floor. I didn't do anything wrong when mounting and def didn't throw myself into the saddle or anything.
Had another to see this afternoon so got my instructor to come with us as I wasn't feeling up to riding but the horse sounded lovely so didn't want to miss out on viewing. He just wasn't as described.
Why don't people just advertise the horse how it actually is rather than lie and waste Everyone's time?
I've has a hot bath but am aching in places I didn't know existed! I also have bruises in the strangest places like my knuckles, ankles, feet and neck! Ouchies.
Please reassure me that there are good horses out there as today was the first day of looking!!
