My 3 yr-old is currently away being broken. Was all going far too smoothly-he was behaving well and I was about to start going to ride him...but he was lame on Monday when they went to work him, but no heat and no swelling. Assuming he has tweaked something in his shoulder over the weekend and have the physio going to look at him tomorrow.

For once things were looking like they were actually going to plan, but not any more!

I've never had anything 'go to plan' horsewise. In fact, I try to stop myself getting opimistic and starting a plan. Things just seem to happen, or don't. Only seems to be in my horse life that this happens.

Hope you get back on track soon with your youngster.

Sent my boy to my friends yard to be broken.Arrived Sunday afternoon She got him out the box on the Monday and he was lame. Two weeks later I brought him home still not right. Long story short sound now and in work. So hopefully your youngster won't be out for to long.
