look when we know we cant afford???


Just found myself looking through horsemart looking at the under £1000s seeing if there is anything i could buy and work on...even though i know i cant afford on. Why do we do it???

Oh! thank god i am not the only one,i am at work and doing the same thing looking at the under 1000 when i dont have any money either,i go reading market every month thinking i will come home with a bargain never do,though got my boy from a woman who thought he was about to die as he had a large melinoma in his mouth,still going strong 3 years later bless his cottons x

I get really tempted sometimes i even email the seller aswell. I do think of maybe having something to work with for a few months and then maybe selling on to make the money for daisy mae, but is that really right? And there is only one stables free and thats daisy maes so what would i do if i couldn't sell it after?
 
Well I'm really glad you guys have the knowledge and courage to do it, you give horses a chance that might be written off and meet a miserable end, good on ya!

Lol...i do sometimes but that is when im dreaming lol.

I do think if i did end up finding a horse for about £500 in there which i knew i could do something with i would be tempted. But then i have to remind myself that the money could go towards another appy instead next year. Doesnt stop me looking though lol.
 
i always look at what i cant have but remain grateful for what i DO have... its when we fail to appreciate and be thankful for what we do have that it becomes wrong
 
So right there!!! I could never get rid of Buddy or become ungrateful for having him i see him as a best friend. And im sure Daisy Mae will become just as important to me when i have her.
