why does admin keep moving everything into pictures

I appreciate if its a thread specifically for photos etc and it gets moved but recently some threads that have been maybe comp reports of info post and there is a photo attached say for conformation for example, its getting moved. i like to read comp reports or how someones day has gone and seeing a couple of pics makes it a nice read, but i rarely go in pictures section to look for them as they are normally in here but are being moved. Reading this back its a load of waffle, i havnt had any chocolate today......

I don't understand it. As soon as you post a pic in NL it gets moved but picture threads in CR stay where they are (I don't mean comp reports with photos attached but threads where it's nothing but photos and a teeny tiny bit of writing)
