My horse always seems to kind of scurry on his fore legs unless he is on an outline. I have had him checked by anyone and everyone - vet - saddle checks - physio etc and i know he has a little arthritis in his hocks but this is something totally different. He does find schooling quite difficult and i wondered whether it was because he was getting tired and lazy?

If heso n the forehand its just laziness as its easier for them to do that rather than actually work properly! Also it could be him compensating for the athrtitis in his hocks? leaning on his front end and scurrying because sitting back hurts? just a thought i dont really know what you mean by scurrying
