Why does she do it?

Gypsy is almost 6 months now, and loves to eat cat poo she really can’t help herself , she clocks it as she goes out on her walk and on her way in she darts for! Her breath stinks for hours after, why does she like it so much,

She would rather eat cat’s poo instead of horses!

My 3 year old weimaraner loves to eat cat poo too! DISGUSTING!!

Yep i have the same problem, both of my weimaraners love it! I have one of those cat toilets with a cat flat style door and i keep it on top of a dog crate out of the way but many a time i have caught mostly its Millie on her back legs at the crate with her head in the cat toilet door!!!!!

Drives me mad!!

She likes to eat cat poo as the cat has eaten meat, whereas a horse has only eaten grass, not so tasty I'm afraid. Though my dog seems to like poo in general whether horse, cat or fox! Infact the funny thing is if she starts to eat cow poo or something and I go running after her screaming to drop it, she grabs a load then legs it (however what she thinks though, I have been told is that she thinks I want it, so she runs to keep hers in safety from me....! I can assure you I don't) LOL
