About 4 mornings when i have been to turn my 2 year old out he has had foam on the corner of one side of his mouth, he is very quiet in stable. Anyone else seen anything like this and is it anything to worry about?

Has he been chewing/mouthing anything? you know what 2 yr olds are like for chomping on leadropes etc

Have you had an EDT to take a look at his teeth lately...just to make sure everything is growing as it should.

Excessive foaming of the mouth can be a sign of discomfort and pain, but if you youngster seens perfectly normal and TPR is ok then I'm not really sure, has he had a history of chokeing at all?

He had his teeth done by dentist about a month ago it could be because he has lost a tooth but that was in december but maybe his new one is coming through. Its only ever on one side which is the opposite side to where his tooth fell out

He may have lost another tooth, i know my 3 year old filly had 8 either fall out or taken out when i got her in less than 2 months. Bless her she must have felt so much better when they all came out
