Why is it so hard to find someone to break horse in?

Person was suppose to be sending horse to was really rude on phone and basically said horse was a pain in the backside to her cause she would have to come out to him prior to him going so thought would look for someone else who may be a bit more polite and willing.

Ring someone else up yesterday who was my second option and they apolgised and said they were busy till late and would def ring back tomorrow, so today wait for a phone call and nothing ring them and no answer.

So what do i do now go with first person as they are good at what they do even though they have tendancy to make you feel like your an idiot or keep looking? As now worrying might not beable to get it sorted in time for him to be backed
